Before your treatment
You will receive a COVID-19 Questionnaire one hour before your treatment via email and or text to fill out in your email.
Requirements for entering the clinic (mask, not accompanied by others, arrive at scheduled time of appointment) and you will be asked to complete a verbal Health Questionnaire if you did not fill out via email.
If you are currently experiencing fever, respiratory issues, sore throat, chills, body aches, gastrointestinal issues, loss of taste or smell and if you have been exposed to anyone with a known COVID-19 diagnosis within the last 14 days we ask you to change your appointment to a telehealth for an herbal consult.
If the above answers are negative, your treatment will be approved.
Arriving at the clinic
When you arrive, please enter the clinic with a mask. A cloth mask is fine. If you do not have one, we will provide you with one.
Upon entering, please check in with our receptionist and she will ask you to answer the Health Questionnaire if you did not fill out the online Questionnaire. Then your temperature, pulse rate and blood’s oxygen saturation will be taken with a Pulse Oximeter. If your responses and readings are with normal range, you will be shown to the washroom to wash your hands and then taken to your treatment room.
Checking out
For payment, we are asking that credit cards be held on file to limit interactions at the front desk. A check is fine as well.
To reschedule your next appointment, we ask that you do it online or over the phone.
